Last updated: 7 July 2026

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this website. By using the website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About us

This website is operated by J&R MARKETING LIMITED trading as MotorClaimsDepartment.co.uk (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10025657. Our registered office address is C/O Perception Accounting Limited, The Cobalt Building, 1600 Eureka Park, Lower Pemberton, Ashford, Kent, England, TN25 4BF.

2. What we do

We provide a marketing and introduction service. When you submit an enquiry through this website or call the number displayed on it, we will pass your details to a third-party claims handling / accident management partner who may be able to assist with your claim, roadside recovery or a replacement vehicle.

We are not an insurer, insurance broker, solicitor or claims management company. We do not handle claims ourselves, we do not provide legal, financial or insurance advice, and we make no decisions about your claim. Any services you subsequently receive are provided by the third party under their own terms, which you should read carefully before agreeing to them.

Our introduction service is free for you to use. We may receive a fee from the partner we introduce you to. This does not affect any amount you may recover under your claim.

3. No advice

The content of this website is provided for general information only. It is not, and is not intended to be, advice on which you should rely. You should obtain professional advice before taking, or refraining from taking, any action on the basis of the content of this website. Nothing on this website guarantees any particular outcome for any claim.

4. Your responsibilities

When using this website you agree that:

  • the information you submit is true, accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge;
  • you are at least 18 years old and submitting an enquiry on your own behalf, or with the authority of the person whose details you provide;
  • you will not submit false, fraudulent or misleading enquiries; and
  • you will not misuse the website, including by introducing viruses or other malicious material, attempting to gain unauthorised access to it, or scraping or copying its content for commercial purposes.

Deliberately providing false or misleading information in connection with an insurance claim is fraud and may be a criminal offence.

5. Availability of the website

We do not guarantee that the website, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of the website for business and operational reasons without notice. We may also update the website and its content at any time.

6. Intellectual property

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in this website and the material published on it. You may print or download extracts for your personal use, but you must not use any part of the content of this website for commercial purposes without a licence from us. Third-party names and trade marks referred to on this website belong to their respective owners.

7. Third-party services and links

Where this website contains links to other sites or resources provided by third parties, or where we introduce you to a third-party partner, those sites and services are not under our control. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third party, or for the content of their websites, or for the terms on which they provide their services to you.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

Subject to that:

  • we exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations or other terms that may apply to this website or any content on it;
  • we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or your reliance on any content on it; and
  • we will not be liable for the services provided by, or the acts or omissions of, any third party to whom we introduce you.

We only provide this website for domestic and private use. We will not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

9. Privacy

We only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the website is the version that applies. Please check this page whenever you use the website.

11. General

Each paragraph of these terms operates separately: if any court or relevant authority decides that any of them is unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect. If we do not enforce any of these terms, that does not mean we have waived our right to do so later. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation.

12. Governing law

These terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
